The Micro Hydro has a Serious Problem

The Micro Hydro Unit from Langston Alternative Power has a problem. The housing that I built last year let several mice in and they chewed up the wires. Then I left the water turned off and it froze and all the pipes broke! Now I have the task of rebuilding the unit and upgrading all the components so they can withstand the cold.
