Mimi Fox Performs "Four on Six" on an Alvarez-Yairi WY1BR

Mimi Fox gives Wes Montgomery’s “Four on Six” a workout on this Alvarez-Yairi WY1BR, one of 27 guitars offered in the Acoustic Guitar Auction that begins May 13, 2021.

The WY1BR is rare version of the WY1, designed by Bob Weir of the Grateful Dead and adopted by many artists including Ani di Franco and Joe Bonamassa.

This instrument is the property of another noted performer, fingerstylist Michael Chapdelaine. Eminently playable, with wide sonic range and consistent timbre no matter how you attack the strings.
