Impossible Pie #5 Eggnog

This is the third video in a series of Impossible Pie recipes. There will be both dessert pies and main dish meal pies. A whole week of Impossible Pies lies ahead of you. Thanks for watching.
Recipe for home made biscuit mix:
Small Amount:
1 c all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbs Butter
Mix thoroughly.
Large amount
6 cups all purpose flour
3 Tbs baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
6 Tbs butter

Eggnog Impossible pie recipe:
1/2 c biscuit mix
3/4 c sugar
4 eggs
2c. milk
1-1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 rum or 1 tsp rum flavoring
Mix all ingredients. Bake in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.
