This is the exact process I used to value IPO stocks and early-stage companies as a venture capital analyst and I’m sharing it so you can make more money! I worked for years in the IPO process and investing in new stocks to develop a stock valuation method that will tell you exactly when to buy.

I’m not only revealing how to value IPO stocks but will walk you through the valuation methods you can use with any stock. I’ll show you why you should wait until after the IPO and the signals to buy when a new stock hits the market.

As a venture capital analyst, it was my job to analyze pre-market companies. I founded an managed a team of analysts at a Canadian VC firm and developed a fool-proof method to value stocks that tells you exactly what the company is worth.

IPO investing is extremely risky. To tell you the truth, by the time a company issues shares on the market, most of the value has been sucked out by early investors and venture capital. I know…it was my job to do just that as an analyst. I would look for early-stage investments that would one day become new IPO stocks and I would recommend them to my venture capital clients.

That doesn’t mean you can’t make money investing in IPOs. If the Beyond Meat IPO has taught us anything is that these new stocks can surge higher when they hit the market. But you absolutely need to know how much they’re worth. Most of the IPOs this year (I’m looking at you Pinterest IPO, Uber IPO and Lyft IPO) have been failures but that shouldn’t keep you from the opportunities.
