Raking and Hydroseeding - Back Yard Transformation - Part 3

Finally getting around to posting this video...many months after it happened!

In this third part of our back yard series, I talk about the finishing process which included raking out the small rocks, sticks, and cutting off the roots and also the hydroseeding process. We hired a company to hydroseed the lawn and I am so happy we did! It was a fast process and it saved me a lot of time compared to seeding it myself.

Size of the lawn that was hydroseeded was about 15,000 square feet.

Costs:
- Clearing trees and brush: $0 (I did all this on my own)
- Digging Stumps and leveling the ground (1/2 acre): $5500
- Finish raking: $0 (I also did this on my own)
- Hydroseeding (15,000 sq ft): $1200

Total cost = $6700
