Cats - What Went Wrong?

Have you heard about the movie Cats? Have you? Here's a cursory overview of the many production failings that resulted in one of the most unfinished big budget films in recent years, employing advanced 'digital fur technology' (too little time, too little experience, a VFX client with no understanding of the technology and no desire to learn) to bring Tom Hooper's vague daydreams into your nightmares. The Waste Land it ain't.

Cats is a film that might even be worth watching. But only when drunk. And with friends. And only once. And while doing something else. In another room. Vomits.
