Kombu honey (small bee) belongs to a small bee variety known as APIS FLOREA, it builds the hive around the sticks of the plants inside bushes, from where the name comes (stick-kombu), it usually collects nectar from flowers of all types of smaller and medicinal plant varieties, where rock bee can't go due to its bigger size. Hence it explains its demand due to it's lesser availabilty and it has a higher pollen content. which, we don't remove while filtering, making it to be prescribed for various medicinal purposes.

The avialabilty of kombu honey is little and hence constituting to it's high pricing, there are many brands sold in name of kombu honey cheaply but we aren't sure how they are able to procure and provide such demanding and least available honey at a lower price.
