Pancake Sunday 🥞😋🫐 Recipe below 👇
I ❤ cast Iron pan 🍳 Even great for pancakes - the trick is enough 🧈 butter and watch the temperature🌡So I usually start with medium-low heat, then turn temp right down to low as it heats up quick! Also use oven mitts as the entire pan including the handle heats up!
Recipe:
If you have a blender add the following:
2 ripe bananas 🍌🍌
2 cups organic GF oats ( blended oats = oat flour)
2 cups non dairy milk
1/2 tsp flax seeds (Great way to add more Omega3s)
2 tbsp hemp seeds (optional but adds more minerals + protein)
Blend all on high speed
Transfer to a bowl & then mix in 2 eggs 🥚 🥚
🫐Add 1 cup fresh blueberries - fresh taste way better!!
Butter pan and cook on low ( if cast iron)
Makes approx. 8 pancakes 🥞 😋
