FBI load 38 Special +P 158gr Semi Wad Cutter Hollow Point

Federal FBI load 38 Special +P 158gr Semi Wad Cutter Hollow Point, known also as the Dallas load and the Chicago load. Shot from my Ruger GP100 4" barrel revolver thru four layers of denim (per IWBA protocol) into calibrated ordnance gelatin. The round penetrated 19 3/8 and expanded over a half inch. Very light recoiling round. This was the round to have back in the day, it out performed round nose bullets because of its flat shoulder and nose, it would not bounce off bone.
