You don’t have to quit the workout… but you do have to train smart.

If you can go to work, walk around, or handle daily life, you probably have enough in the tank to at least start.
Give yourself a fair chance — and adjust the reps, pace, or intensity if needed.

Consistency beats perfection.
When you can’t hold your pace, what do you do—quit or keep going?

Tonight’s workout didn’t go to plan. I set out to run at 10 km/h, but my body forced me to slow down after 16 minutes. Instead of stopping, I adjusted and kept moving.

This isn’t a highlight reel. It’s a real workout on a real day—when you’re not feeling 100%, when the pace feels harder than it should, and when the mental decision matters more than the numbers on the screen.

If you’ve ever had a workout where things didn’t go perfectly, this one’s for you. Consistency beats perfection. Showing up still counts.
