Mexican Independence Day Lowrider Cruise Night 09/16/2022

September 16 is Mexican Independence day and out in the 818 valley on Van Nuys Blvd, it was celebrated with Aztec dancers and a Lowrider Cruise Night brought to y’all by Van Nuys Cruisers Car Club.

Originally, my bro and I had stopped by at the Southbay for the cruise night out on Hawthorne blvd. The thing was that we waited for a little over an hour to see if things took off and only saw about a handful of low lows out on the street. So then took off to the valley, which was a tough call cuz it’s been a while since Hawthorne blvd been popping and all due to the police being not so pleasant towards the cruisers last time around (to put it in a nice way). I did see on social media that more cruisers arrived but unfortunately I had already left. Hopefully there will be a next time!

The 818 valley was popping no doubt, cruisers all on the blvd. Gad hopping cadillac lowriders and scrapping Lincoln lowriders were seen on the blvd. Three wheel motion was definitely present and done by the low lows flying with pride the Mexican flag. Aztec Dancers were doing their rituals for the crowd to see. It was a great night with no issues with the police afaik. Thanks for watching!
