Traverse Town (Kingdom Hearts)(Piano Collections)(Yoko Shimomura)
Well, this is the (almost) beginning of a long term project to pull together a Kingdom Hearts album. I played the first Kingdom Hearts a long time ago and loved it, but sadly I don't have vivid memories of the beautiful music. Then I started live streaming and was introduced to more and more of the beautiful piano arrangements in the Kingdom Hearts Piano Collections. At this point, I already have enough tracks that I want to record to make almost an entire album! And it wasn't that hard to choose. What are some of your favorite themes from Kingdom Hearts? Would love to get some more ideas for the album! Maybe I'll even sneak a couple of my own arrangements in there.
I also have plans for a more modern Final Fantasy album- particularly music from FFXI and up. Troian Beauty from FFIV is also up there for a recording. I just love the arrangement from the piano opera collection!
