ESSENTIAL knitting techniques for socks

Are you longing to knit a sock, but unsure if you've got what it takes? Don't worry - it's easier than it looks! Socks require you to apply fundamental skills that are found in all different types of knitting projects. This video outlines the key knitting techniques that are required for sock knitting. It focusses on the basic sock construction of a cuff-down sock with a heel flap and gusset. I do refer to other techniques for different methods, but I also explain in-depth why this is my favourite sock construction for getting an excellent fit.
