The DIY E-Bike project is finally looking like a professional machine! In this update, I’ve focused on making the bike safe and road-legal by adding a complete electrical accessory kit.
What’s New in This Build:
• The Motor: Reliable 250W MY-series motor for a smooth electric boost.
• Custom Battery: My handmade 24V (7S7P) Li-ion pack using 18650 cells—the powerhouse of this entire build.
• Full Lighting System: High-visibility LED Headlight and Tail light.
• Smart Indicators with Buzzer: I’ve installed Left/Right turn signals and paired them with an audible indicator buzzer (just like in cars/bikes) so you never forget to turn them off!
• Electric Horn: A loud, crisp horn to navigate through city traffic safely.
Technical Setup:
• Battery: 24V 7S7P (18650 Cells)
• Motor: 250W High-Torque
• Audio/Visual: LED Signals + Indicator Beeper/Buzzer + Electric Horn
• Wiring: Custom organized wiring harness to handle all the extra load from the 24V system.
