Mountain Climbers 40 sec
Floor Prone Cobra to Pushup 10
Single Leg Overhead Tricep Extension 10 each leg (20 total)
○ circuit two -
Commandos 6 each arm - 12 total
Wall Sit 40 sec
Squat to Knee to Elbow 20 total
Plank with Single Leg hold 15 seconds each leg 30 seconds total
