This is the COMPLETE collection of Frank Welker's delightful evil-laughter that he provided for one of Japan's most beloved export villains, Megatron from The First Two Seasons of "The Transformers."
Soundwave's creepy rare laugh is included as a bonus.
Note that I did NOT include Galvatron because
(1) He is NOT the same man Megatron was
(2) His laugh is screechy, and nowhere as charismatic, funny and lovable as Megatron's laugh.
