I went everywhere today trying to find good places to metal detect & walked miles

Plan A was a new places to go metal detecting that was old New England farm land . I walked all the way to the end of it and found a cellar hole that had been filled in by loggers, but did find a button ! Then swung around in the old field which was dead quiet.
Plan B was a big old cellar hole up on the hill, but it was loaded with trash.
Plan C was move on and explore in which I found a strange hole in the ground with stacked rocks but it was not the cellar.
Plan D was walk out into the middle of nowhere and metal detect and I still found spent ammo.
Plan E was check out the old mill site
Four hours and five mies later time to call it a day, but at least it was a beautiful morning out in the woods.
