How INFJs Experience Memories

Here's a little video exploring how I (INFJ) experience memories! I would rarely find myself reminiscing about the past but all these objects within my memory box were kept because they are symbolic of a subjective lesson/insight I had taken away from a certain experience. These lessons/insights would serve me in the future or allow me to keep track of my growth & stay grounded!

I would love so much to hear whether you relate to anything I mentioned in this video or whether your experience of memories is completely different. Perhaps (unlike myself), it's difficult to shake the details associated with an object/memory. I look forward to reading your comments!
