I heard this song when I was in Lisbon on the way to the airport, to pick up a friend that was coming to do some work for me in town. I heard that Tiwa Savage & Sam Smith had collaborated on a song, naturally I decided to play it for me and my friend and I was SHOCKED as to how easy I connected with it. From that day on, I play the song at least 5 times a day!
Temptation, is a sweet song with flavours from my roots (🇵🇹🇦🇴 🇨🇻)I had no choice but to dance to it, and I’m so glad I did!
We came up with this concept a day before the shot and the next day, we just shot it! I messaged my friend Janet Tavares around midnight to be my “Temptation”, the love interest in the video and she was down for it.
I freestyled to the song because it felt so natural to me, the night before the shoot I heard the song 100 times, no joke. It was just surreal how everything flowed so smoothly.
