Smokin Aces BBQ cutting board has been made to order for Cody Malin and shipped to Texas
In this project we used two types of wood: maple and walnut.
Pitmaster Cody Malin AKA King Cody, leads the way of the Smokin’ Aces BBQ competition team based out of Rockwall, TX. Cody discovered his love for BBQ during college while pursuing a degree in agricultural business. His in depth knowledge of meat and seafood throughout his career has helped carve the way to the top throughout his competition journey. His passion goes back generations to his grandfather, who owned several barbeque restaurants in Dallas, TX dating back to the 1940’s.

Cody entered his first sanctioned bbq competition and finished Grand Champion out of 45+ teams with a 2nd place brisket, 4th place rib and 5th place chicken. The passion for the competition scene grew immensely. During his first year they won 3 Grand Championships and over 25 top 10 finishes.

Currently Cody is ranked top 5 cook in his region and top 30 in overall standings for the 2019 season
