BOOP! The Musical’s Jasmine Amy Rogers on Tony nomination & Tommy Tune Awards

Jasmine Amy Rogers, star of Broadway’s “BOOP! The Musical”, talks with us about her Tony Award nomination for Best Actress in a Musical. Rogers got her start in Houston theater and was the winner of the Tommy Tune Awards, which honors excellence in high school musical theater. She went on to win the Jimmy Awards, the National High School Musical Theatre awards that same year. Jacob Shideler, Director of Education and Community Engagement at Theatre Under the Stars (TUTS), also joins the conversation to discuss this year’s Tommy Tune Awards.
