Join Ghanaian fitness coach Bernice Asiedu in Accra
Today My City takes us to Accra, Ghana's capital. It's home to four million people and is the birthplace of the African independence movement. You would think that the hot and humid city is not the best place to play sports. But that's exactly what Bernice Asiedu is promoting. She holds fitness sessions in remote spots she finds around the city. Luckily Accra is also a coastal town, so jogging on the beach is a popular pastime. But DW's Edith Kimani is finding it hard to feel the vibe.
