This is not in violation of Federal Law LOL please think before making silly accusations of such and educate yourselves regarding the intent of the law. These boxes are not being misused or being used for anything else but the intended purpose.

The issue of misuse arose when people began to turn the boxes inside out so they would look like plain brown boxes and ship with other companies. That is what they mean by "misuse". That’s also why "...USPS priority mail" is written all over the inside of the box.

Misuse also refers to those who alter the boxes to make things fit (i.e taping two boxes together). Misuse also refers to wrapping the box to ship First Class or Express and not paying for a Priority mail label.

It is NOT misuse to stack the boxes prior to shipping, that simply doesn't make logical sense. The boxes are still used for its intended purpose. There’s no difference between having them flat and stored in your closet than having them pre-made. If people decide to use them as temporary storage that’s completely fine because they will have to eventually ship with them. There is no rule that states there is a certain amount of time allowed between building a box and shipping. Stay Blessed! :)
