This CLEAVER is made for me and is not for sale.
This knife is made of high-carbon steel plate with a thickness of 5mm. It needs careful maintenance, otherwise it will rust. The handle is made of black G10 material. The blade is hand-polished very clean, and polished with cloth wheels. The thickness of this kitchen knife determines the ability to chop ribs.
