In the Kitchen | Homemade Rosehip Jam

I like collecting rosehips from the garden and make jam, it doesn't taste nothing like rose even though they come from the same plants. it's sweet and sour taste makes good jam and syrup, I often spread on milk toast or pour it like a coulis on any dessert.

Making jam, I only need sugar and water, I didn't have a precise recipe but I taste and check for the right consistency then put in sterilised jar and keep in dry environment.
