Enable Legacy Python DXF Importer and Exporter in FreeCAD

In this quick tip for FreeCAD I show how to enable legacy Python DXF exporter and Importer. By default, the new C++ DXF importer and exporter is used, but for some usecases, legacy import/export options might be more suitable.

Users can turn on legacy Python DXF importer and export in settings of the application. There is an option to automatically download the legacy libraries.
