I build a unique tool with my angle grinder that can grind and polish welded tube/pipe joint easily

This is a 2"X39" pipe sander made with a 4mm thick mild steel plate. The wheels are made with a 2" dia nylon rod with 6000 bearing inside it. To have much better traction I definitely recommend using a rubber grip over the top. I do a lot of fabrication work and in my future build, I need to build some railing and balustrade for my new workshop, hopefully, this tool going to be a lot more useful in that build. There is definitely a lot of different design regarding a pipe sander and this one suits me the best. The holes in this have only one intention to make this light and it definitely helps to reduce the weight to some extent. I hope you will like this video.
