Lamb / Mutton/ Beef or Chicken Mince

I prepared using 250g Lamb Mince

Ingredients required for Spice Powder
4 cloves
8 peppercorns
2 green cardamom
4 dried red chillies
1/2” cinnamon sticks
1/2 tsp cumin seeds

Other ingredients required
1 medium onion (chopped fine)
1 small tomato (chopped fine)
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2-3 tbsp yogurt
2 green chillies (slit)
Few Ginger pieces (cut into julienne)
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup peas
Salt to taste
1/2 tap vinegar or lemon juice
Handful of cilantro
1/2 tbsp ghee
1 tbsp oil
