Here are some helpful tips to use successfully:

Remove all of the white backing before applying.

Ensure your breasts are dry and are lotion and oil free.

If you have sensitive nipples, you may want to cover them with gauze, cotton or even a band aid before applying the tape.

If you have sensitive skin, the tape may leave a red mark after you remove. If so, this typically goes away in a few hours.
