That’s gonna be a resounding no !!!
The law states both in legal and medical matters that if a person has a diminished capacity to make decisions for themselves. That a power of attorney or a guardian has to be appointed to them.

This is because they are no longer in a mental state that is allowing for them to make good and sound decisions.

For that reason and for their own safety, most of the time they are appointed a guardian who then gets a power of attorney over making major decision decisions for them.

So can you imagine the President of the United States having all of these issues? And then our lives were in his hands? And not only his hands whoever’s hands got into the pot.
We have lived and survived a scary four years indeed!

Whoever it was that was making the decisions for him. And there were many I’m sure. Were the reason and are the reason why we’re just slowly beginning a recuperation of our American way . God bless America.!🇺🇸 and the American people.
