After much sweat, blood and tears, we managed to record this beast of a movement. With its tumultuous melodies and harmonies, Fanny Mendelssohn really captured the revolutionary atmosphere of her time (Germany in 1846 suffered severe food shortages and violent riots). However, she also reminds us through her music to remain hopeful and stick to our guns. Thanks for listening!
