With the Club already breaking numerous fire regulations, with Lard shut down the club before psychic night? Or can the Phoenix crew fight fire with fire?

Brian Potter's dream is to own a popular club. But with two failed clubs to his name - The Aquarius and The Neptune both burned down - he's hoping the third time will be the charm. The Phoenix Club is his new baby, and he is determined to make it the most popular establishment in Bolton. And outdoing his nemesis, Den Perry, owner of the popular Banana Grove, is an added benefit to his plan.
