Hi everyone!

More of a chatty, GRWM, style of video for today! ☕️

I wanted to be candid about the ups and downs that we all feel from time to time. It's nothing to be ashamed about and from my experience, best not to keep it all in. As I mentioned, I have so much respect for creators because creating takes a LONG of mental power! But now that I have a plan, I'm motivated & ready to go! 😋

Breaks are so healthy whether it's going out of town for the weekend or even just stepping outside for a walk. Personally, I feel that sometimes I don't give myself enough credit and don't "deserve" a break when I haven't done everything on my to-do list but let's break that stigma, shall we?

Anyway, I appreciate you tuning in & should I make more GRWM videos? I promise to attempt to balance out the makeup & talking portions 😂
