Rudy Giuliani has possible 9/11 lung disease that may limit his future health and earning capacity, his attorney has said. In a 17-page court filing, Gary C. Fischoff and Joan A. Keely, acting on behalf of Giuliani, objected to plans to appoint a trustee to manage the former New York mayor's debts after he declared himself bankrupt last year.
