What a PARADISE Barangay in Abra! This place in the Philippines is amazing! A hot spring cave, stunning waterfall, and rice terraces! Barangay Kili in Tubo Abra was worth the adventure... it was STUNNING!
Way off the beaten path, and needing quite the adventure to get to... this place is for adventurers! But saying that, even though this community wants and appreciates tourism... RESPECT IT. This is a paradise. A local paradise!
