Cape York is unarguably the number one 4WDing hotspot in Oz, and for good reason – with cracking tracks like the Tele that are accessible to everyone, the Cape is the perfect adventure location.

For those willing to dig a little deeper however, the Cape takes adventure to a whole new level of gnarly, and the perfect example is the Old Coach Road between Maytown and Laura. This track is a brutal challenge, regardless of whether you’re running a 4WD with a 2in lift and 31s or a twin locked beast on 35s! From rock steps the size of a car, to ruts that’ll test the flex of even the most articulate trucks, this track is the ultimate Cape York challenge!

Have Shauno and Graham bitten off more than they can chew? The answer is a definite yes! With insane recoveries, breakages that have them calling for a flatbed from Cairns and more wheel lifts than you’ve ever seen before, this is off-road adventure at its very best!
