GuardianSkill — Smart Contract Security Audit Skill for Pharos AI Agents

A reusable Pharos Skill that gives any AI Agent the ability to audit
smart contracts before transacting, with automatic pay-per-call
billing via the x402 protocol on Pharos (ChainID 688689).

How it works:
1. Agent calls POST /skill/audit with contract address
2. Server returns HTTP 402 + payment instructions
3. x402 client auto-pays 0.01 USDC on Pharos (sub-second)
4. GuardianSkill runs bytecode heuristics + LLM analysis
5. Returns structured JSON: risk_score, safe_to_transact, findings

Composable with any Pharos Skill pipeline:
GuardianSkill → safe? → TransactionSkill
GuardianSkill → unsafe? → AlertSkill
