How to Make Ginger Beer at Home

In general the fermentation of ginger as a beer is cool. This Home Made Ginger Beer drink is a healthy drink, where you literally just take some sugar, and some ginger, mix it in water, let it sit, within in a few days, you have a powerful home made fermented mixture ginger beer without any yeast at all.

Here are the Ingredients:

Ginger Bug:
2 TBSP grated ginger
2 cups (500ml) water
2 TBSP sugar

Ginger bug feeding (every 24 hours):
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp grated ginger (skin on is fine)
Ginger Beer:
2 quarts water
1 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons (273g) granulated sugar
1/4 cup (54g) ginger, grated
1/2 cup (110g) strained ginger bug liquid
optional 1 lemon
