Revelations 3 will be epic, the two main characters will be united for the first time in the game - the first time in a resident evil uniting Claire Redfield & Jill Valentine to work together as a team, as well as Chris Redfield's return to be a side story character, and the return of characters old man who died, "The return of Steve Burnside who was last seen by Code Veronica and here will have justice for him.

Also introducing 2 new main characters Ferris Whitemore and Evan Rafferty, the first gay characters in the resident evil universe.
also introduced the 3 newest BSAA members and 2 terra save members and the return of Moira Burton as an informant and supporting Role
PLOT :
The story takes place after Resident Evil 6 and will continue the Revelations 2 story, here will focus on Claire Redfield and Jill Valentine who worked together in an incident in a City on a Mysterious Island to chase a mysterious man and a Latin twin that caused all citizens to be infected with the virus veronica which has now been upgraded to T2-Veronica.
