Over 40 and in pain?

NOBODY should accept being in pain.

A huge percentage of muscular and joint pain you CAN recover from.

Its just easier for the doctor to give you medication and the majority of physio’s employed by the NHS just dont have a clue.

For instance, I’m currently suffering from a disc injury that I got the other week.

I broke everything down, and realised my hamstrings are mega tight, more the right than the left probably due to driving an automatic car, and that the disc didnt cause me pain when I braced my core.

Which allowed me to then continue squatting, and doing rehabilitative movements such as RDL’s to mobilise the tissue which I believe was a big cause to how I got it. (Around 4 weeks in now and have 0 pain, I’m going to be doing a proper post on this soon).

You dont have to be in pain.

You just need to talk too and work with someone who knows how to fix it!

Dont lose hope.
