30-minute full body beach PT inspired by the training I received and gave while serving for eight years as a US Navy Diver and Instructor at the US Navy Dive School on Ford Island, Hawaii.

TIMED WORKOUT:

50 YARD LOW CRAWL
50 YARD BEAR CRAWL
