CAUGHT ON CAMERA: Man breaks handicap button, card scanner at Maryland police station

Authorities are asking for the public's help in getting the name of a man accused of damaging property at a police station in Gaithersburg, Maryland.

According to the Gaithersburg Police Department, the incident happened around 9:27 p.m. on April 23 at the agency's station.
