These 5 sets of advanced steps will strengthen your balance, control, and timing of movement-this precision is what helps you secure victory, not just maintain a stalemate.

Today's Five Training Sessions:

1 Lateral Slide Jump-Keep your center of gravity low, lateral push and stride, stabilize your core

2 Bulgarian Split Squat Jump-Explosive single-leg strength + directional control

3 Cross Step + Split Step-Actively create hitting space, precise first step activation

4 Predictive Activation Training (narrow wide stance)-Rotate and store power: complete preparatory actions before the opponent hits the ball

5 Serve Landing Balance-Dynamic landing + single-leg tension support training

Each set of movements lasts 30-40 seconds, complete 3 sets, rest 30-45 seconds between sets Advancement does not mean negligence-the more precise the movements, the more significant the results
