Installing a USB Type C Port in a WIRED XBOX 360 Controller

So after I made the afterword, HDR pointed out to me that there is actually a new PCB version that may resolve the issues I mentioned. I have not yet updated the bezel to fit this new version.

Also, after the afterword, I took the controller apart and touched up the solder joints on the connector. Now the controller works again in both orientations. For how long remains to be seen though.
