Sugatan ang isang estudyante sa Naga City, Camarines Sur matapos siyang mabagsakan ng LED wall sa kasagsagan ng prayer rally na parte ng programa sa ika-40 anibersaryo ng EDSA People Power Revolution ngayong Miyerkoles, Feb. 25, 2026.

Agad namang rumesponde ang mga medical personnel sa insidente. Inalis din ng mga organizer ang LED wall bago magsimula muli ang programa.
