Oṃ Tāre Tuttāre Ture Mama Ayuḥ Punya Jñānā Puṣtiṃ Kuru Svāhā
#Om – is considered to be the ”primordial sound.”
Tare – this syllable shows that Mother Tara liberates sentient beings from samsara.
Tuttare – liberates you from the eight fears related to the external dangers. However, the main dangers come from attachment, ignorance, anger, pride, miserliness, jealousy, doubt and wrong views.
Ture – this syllable liberates you from the disease.
Mama – translates as ”mine,” and represents ”that I would like to possess the following traits.”
Ayuh – translates as ”long life.”
Punya – represents the merit that comes from living life ethically.
Jnana – translates as ”wisdom.”
Pustim – translates as ”abundance” or ”an increase in wealth.”
Kuru – translates as ”do so! do it now.”
Svaha – translates as ”hail” or ”may blessings be upon.”

#WhiteTara is referred to as "Mother of all the Buddhas." This is because she embodies the motivation that is compassion. Her whiteness "Radiant as the eternal snows in all their glory" is indicative of the selflessness, the purity, of this compassion but especially the undifferentiated Truth of the Dharma.

White #Tara is an emanation of Tara who is connected with longevity. One calls on her for #health , #strength and #longevity .

Her white colour indicates purity, but also indicates that she is Truth complete and undifferentiated.

She wears the #Bodhisattva ornaments.

White Tara seems to help more with longer-term problems, particularly problems of physical or mental health. It sometimes seems as if she is more distant, harder to contact at first. Then it is as if she sends us healing energies and mystical power and understandings.
