Recipe:

Cottage cheese 700gr.
Eggs 3
Sugar 4 tbsp
Semolina 3 tbsp
Sour cream 3-4 tbsp
Vanilla - pinch
Salt - pinch
Raisins (or other dried fruits) 150g.


Beat all the ingredients with a blender, add the raisins.
Grease the baking dish with butter and bake the dish in the oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 180C (360F)
