In the latest episode of DC’s Trending Talents, we have with us the multitalented Nikhil Vijay in conversation with our host Shashi Mukherjee. Nikhil who is fresh from the success of his award winning Show Gullak, created by TVF and Streamed on SonyLiv, opened up about his journey so far in the digital content industry. Talking about his Show Gullak, Nikhil Vijay said that the title of the show was actually The Screen Patti actor Chote Miyan’s suggestion. He also talked about his shift from call centre to The Timeliners and how TVF helped him evolve as a writer and performer.
In the show he also answered his acting critics and explained the mechanism of acting in a web sketch. He spoke at length about the roles which made him internet sensation, like the impressions of Nawazuddin Siddiqui in TVF’s sketches. Currently working at Aree as a creative producer, he talks about his Job role and future plans.
