On May 11th, the Academy of Pain Physiatrists (APP) held its inaugural webinar titled *"Pain and Physiatrist*," featuring a lecture by *Dr. Andrea Furlan, Associate Professor in the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PMR)* department at the University of Canada, renowned for her expertise and as a popular YouTuber in the field.

The webinar commenced with opening remarks by *Dr. Chandanpreet Kaur, Vice President of APP*, followed by an introductory session about APP by *Dr. (Prof) SL Yadav, the President of APP.*

With an impressive turnout of around 70 participants, the webinar marked a significant success for APP. Dr. Furlan's lecture delved into crucial aspects of pain management and the role of physiatrists, providing valuable insights to attendees.

Following the lecture, a Q&A session was conducted, where participants engaged with Dr. Furlan on various topics related to pain management and rehabilitation.
