The 100 piece sushi challenge rules
includes sushi, apps, etc
If the item is cut in half example burrito, egg roll, it counts as 1 item
Time is the 90 minute limit that is the restaurant rules

I love tuna nigiri sushi, shrimp nigiri sushi, and anything with tempura shrimp.
I love the spicy tuna rolls but in this sushi challenge and at Umami they have a deep fried spicy tuna roll sushi with spicy mayo that was awesome
The tiger sushi roll was really good for this sushi challenge

The real miss of Umami sushi for me was coconut shrimp for this sushi challenge
I just wanted the plain coconut shrimp for the sushi challenge maybe with a sweet thai chili sauce
